1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered or partially completed. Once a project has been initiated and resources have been allocated, refunds will not be granted.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund only if:

  • You cancel the project before any work has started.
  • You have made a duplicate payment in error.
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal issues.

Each case will be reviewed individually. Any eligible refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • SEO, PPC, or SMM campaigns already in progress or completed
  • Custom website design/development after design approval
  • Third-party fees or licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Delays caused due to lack of communication or inputs from the client

4. Subscription-Based Services

If you have subscribed to a monthly or recurring service plan:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing.
  • No refunds will be given for the current billing cycle once the service has started.
  • Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a breach of our Terms & Conditions. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please reach out to us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
